my device is broken, can you fix it?

Whilst I’ll be able to diagnose and fix many of your problems, if your device is seriously ill, you’ll need to take it to the IT doctor.  I can, however, help you backup your files, very important before IT surgery!  If you’re not sure what constitutes ‘seriously’ ill, give me a call and we’ll have a chat.

how does remote help work?

For phone support, call 0412 306 146 to book a time. At your appointment time, I’ll send you a link to join our remote session, after which I’ll be able to access your computer and help you with your tasks. Please note, you’ll need an internet connection to use remote help. You’ll also need to download an application; I can talk you through it, but if you think this will be a problem, you may need a home visit first.

do you offer pensioner or concession rates?

No concession rates, but you may benefit from a Group Session (click here for details). Gather your mates and save on rates.  These sessions work best when your group wants to do similar things on your digital devices and/or laptop computers.

how does payment work?

Payment for both in-home and remote help is required on the day of service. Techretary accepts all major credit cards, chip-enabled EFTPOS cards, cash and bank transfers. Receipts for payment are sent via text or email, whichever you prefer.

DO YOU WORK WEEKENDS/PUBLIC HOLIDAYS?

Only in the kitchen and the garden. Maintaining a work-life balance keeps me at my best when helping clients during the week. Please respect my opening hours: 9am-6pm Monday-Friday.
